Our primary goal is to ensure that those within our community who need help the most, receive it. We generally hope to achieve this by facilitating relationships and solutions between consumers and creditors in order to reach mutually beneficial outcomes for both.
Working with consumers experiencing financial difficulty and significant life changes is never easy for either creditors or advocates.
